K-EASYBLOCK is a manual vehicle restraint for dock levellers that allows safe loading and unloading, following the most modern safety guidelines.
Very simple to use, the K-EASYBLOCK system blocks the wheels of the truck over 430 mm from the ground with a suitable iron cylinder (wheel block) and avoids the problems caused by the truck lockers generally resting on the ground. It is quite common that the latter are crushed under the weight of the truck while the transhipment is taking place.
Key-EASYBLOCK by Kopron is the only manual vehicle restraint for dock levellers that remains mechanically blocked until transhipment and after the procedure is completed (patented system).
