Excellent 2018 performance for Kopron: sales volume increases by 9%

Kopron SpA, the historical Milanese Company, organized their 15th sales meeting. All the sales force was invited to attend this work and friendly event which took place at the headquarters – a cutting edge facility spreading over 25,000 square meters not far from Milan. Over sixty sales experts were looking forward to receiving news from head office.

In Italy, warehouse sales increased by 9%

Chairman Mario Vergani, took personally care of organizing the meeting, scheduling a series of speeches aiming to exchange views and opinions. Main topics were: results obtained, goals for 2019, and what to expect next. Key driver of + 9% sales growth in Italy was the warehouse division. Thanks to the innovative characteristics of the warehouses created by Kopron, market is still rich of opportunities. Companies which intend to expand production can rely on PVC structures proposed by Kopron – flexible, robust and fast to install.

Loading bays are still stable on the market. For the Industrial doors division, projects aiming to increase market share have been outlined.

Excellent results have been achieved with Kopron’s new division dedicated to engineering and construction which doubled sales during 2018 proposing ‘turnkey solutions‘. One of their customers SPAL Ferrara, through two of their representatives – the Technical and Marketing Managers, expressed full satisfaction during the meeting.

Pietro Pelucchi, SPAL’s Technical Manager, said:

“Kopron Engineering technicians followed us step by step during the creation of a new gym. Working closely together, we managed in a short time to allow our players to train under a warehouse which included a SPA and relaxation area. Kopron created the perfect environment to train under the best conditions.”

 

He also emphasized that:

New devices to enhance the sales network

Topics were mainly about product and production process innovation: during production process, special attention will be given to aesthetics, quality and functionality of Kopron warehouses. New technology will be applied to Sales department to improve performance. As a matter of fact, to guarantee a better service to customers, new softwares to increase communication between sales force and technicians have already been installed.

Representatives of other sister companies were also there, to talk about sales increase on their territories. On the whole the group recorded a 5% increase, also thanks to the strong growth of Kopron do Brasil.

Mario Vergani expressed his satisfaction:

“Thanks to you, we were able to reach these results. You have been the driving force behind the goals.”

‘We Build Relationships’: Customer’s trust is what nakes us grow

With great enthusiasm, Marketing Manager reminded about the Company’s sponsorships during 2018. Kopron has always taken the initiative to invest in brand promotion. Important installations and sponsor agreements were made with soccer clubs: Spal Ferrara, Atalanta Calcio, Empoli F.C, Venezia e Cesena.

The meeting ended up by encouraging the sales force to pursue new targets, keeping on mind this year’s leitmotiv – ‘We Build Relationships’. One’s ability to feel empathy, will help the company to keep a good relationship with Customers throughout the years.
